How does it work to rent your hashing power? Is it more profitable than mining on your own? My conditions are that I have free electricity and my gpu would be available 24/7. And I am thinking of adding another AMD gpu.

I find it hit and miss. If your renting your hash power run the precise benchmark as that way it will run more mining algorithms.

I make $360 And up a month with my rented out computer. Back in the day I loved using multipool but do not know if they are still anygood. Their is a gamble with mining random pools that pick only the most profitable coins as day to day they go up and down. Some days you make a killing others a large loss.

There will always be perks and failures to every option.

I will do some testing with a few apps today and get supa to get off his ads and give us some options to haha. Also I will have Dave intro here as he is a btc king

Since people never stop asking "when/ how do I get paid"

here are two screenshots

Click the View stats online

Then on the right hand side you can see your payday :D

Payouts do not happen constantly or you would have a loss in blockchain fees

Edit: Turns out the 2GB version is too small for the DAG to fit on it. Probably going to eat the loss and return it as at this point the thing can at best mine at 1.3-1.4 USD/Day and it not half that of a 570.

What about Equihash? Try the Nicehash 1.7.5.13 the latest one. And maybe the latest AMD driver even if is not whql.

Now that $BTC is rolling in (nothing overly stellar) The question comes in "what to do with it?".

https://bylls.com/

I signed up and tried that ^ to put $ on BC Hydro and did nothing it wouldn't give me a # to pay the bit coin to. Does it work for others?

https://coincards.ca/

Wondering ^ if that's legit.

https://yestobitcoins.com/

Same there ^ is it legit?

https://www.quadrigacx.com/?ref=ywcc0nywhtum8xwvlegiq02q

I haven't signed up there ^ yet it sounds legit? If I have to give them my bank account to get btc converted to flat cdn currency I don't know if I can trust it, is it legit safe?

What safe sites do ppl use to use up btc? I'd really like to find something to just pay to my rbc visa.

No go on newegg, they removed the option to pay with BTC on the 31st. You either have to use coincards to buy newegg/ncix/amazon giftcards, or an exchange to exchange for fiat currency.

I didn't know newegg got rid of the option. Is the rate similar between getting gift cards or currency, or is one better than the other?

Updates: When the Rx 560 2GB doesn't get a DAG that is too big for it it can do around 25 MH/s for Dagger/Eth, on the downside it hits a DAG too big for it fairly often. I can see the RX 560 4GB being a good card for this then. Perhaps around 25-30 MH/s constantly

I am going to be trying to setup EthOS which is supposed to do DAGless Eth mining among others, will report back this weekend with results.
