Starting specs

$25 cad pickup on eBay locally

Haf case with hardly turning fans

Amd 940 phenom quad core 3ghz

4gb ddr2 800

4350 512mb (no Windows 10 support time to toss) 

500gb wd blue

Gigabyte am2+ motherboard

 

Items added thus far

120gb patriot ssd $10 local used

Asus gtx 650 ti boost(bought over a year back) $10

Bunch of random fans free varagesale(like a local craigslist) pickup

Windows 7 pro sticker from a thrown out Dell (free) upgraded to 10 pro 64

Future items

4gb 2x2gb ddr2 part of a box of ram I traded a 500gb wd blue for so let's say $5

 

Thus far it has had a minor air cleaning and windows loaded with drivers. 

Installing a few games. 

Also updated bios from initial F1 to f6b

Ran a few benchmarks will post results later. 

Once fully setup with games and ram upgrade will record game tests, record full cleanup and compound swap. Then overclock run some tests again and post video up 🙂

May paint it and include a sales video of me selling it and if I turn a profit on this one.

total build cost $50 CAD this will be a fun video next week.

Also got some collaboration videos with one of the hardware hoarder gods from many forums and the rhr discord coming up 🙂

Sweet.  I have some console friends I would like to see the light and try pc gaming.  If I could get them in at or around the cost of a console then it would go a long way.

build is now pretty much done only thing left is a compound cleaning on the video but heres how the build ended with full prices
