So this is super simple and makes awesome chicken even out of cheap cuts of meat.
Make your sauce out of liquid honey, sprinkle in garlic powder (not garlic salt)
Pour 1/2 honey mixture over chicken, cook one side 1/2 hour at 350, flip and pour the remainder on the other side, cook another half hour.
The chicken will actually boil in liquid honey mixture, even cheap cuts of chicken come out super tender.
I usually serve with whipped potatoes and asparagus, even my fussy kids like this recipe.
