If I was in to RTS or mmorpg games... that mouse would probably be right at the top of my must have list.

Eh, not even necessarily that. I have a Logitech mouse whose name eludes me that has 6 buttons and when I was playing Witcher 3 I'd use those to toggle between the different Signs vs having to move my WASD hand to do it during combat. I can see this having that sort of practical use for someone who does things like that in normal games too.
