Enough protein? Sometimes when I eat veggie anything I get tired. Not enough protein to make it satisfying.
If you eat enough healthy calories of pretty much any reasonable mixed food diet you get enough protein. The everyone needs crazy amounts of protein deal is a fad...just like the every type of fat is bad of the 70s ish is now dead, and the etc etc etc.
But as a simple answer, beans are a great source of protein.
Protein and fibre both make you feel full longer than carbs.
