Bosses boss gave us the gift of ground moose and bison so we made burgers.

Bison
Beef
Moose
Bacon
Onions
Garlic
Seasoning Salt + pinch of onion and garlic salt
Bbq sauce
worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
Italian bread crumbs with the good cheese in it.
Soy sauce

Then bbq it up 🙂

…and then you give them all to me so I can engulf more of them. Those burgers were gooooood.

Happy you liked them think we need to do a beer and burger and gaming night with one of the big breweries in town… now if only they got back to us haha

Damn man that's amazing. I use a electic smoker and have limited complaints a large propane one would be far better.

i think electrical is better .
10 tanks x 25$ is already 250$
