I quit analog cigarettes over 4 years ago, and recently lost about all interest in vaping. Decided I needed to try something new before I was smoking again, bought a new setup and a ton of e juice. Batteries have come a long way in 4 years time, and now I have a rebuild-able atomizer so replacing a coil costs under 25 cents now, not $2.50. I am a happy vaper again :D

I vape, I have an 1100mah evod battery and kanger mini protank 3, I enjoy it but its not really helping me quit smoking, that might just be the juice I'm using however, they aren't the greatest to say the least. Also I need new coils but nowhere in town sells kanger coils :(

12 cents to rebuild the coil yourself, a simple youtube search will give you over a dozen guides. That is almost the exact kit I was using (1000mah ego-c twist, and a vivi nova tank), rebuildable atomizers make vaping much more enjoyable to me, denser vape, and tons more flavor. As for juices, that is very personal, but I have to recommend SZVapor juices, I have yet to find a juice he makes that I did not enjoy to the last drop.

From what I understand its just replacing the cotton right? I may try it when I have a spare coil in case I break it, or just buy a new atomizer cause the mini protank is kind of lame tbh, or its my battery not sure. I'll give his juices a try if I can find them in a B&M.

you do all realize that E-cigs are just as bad for you right? sure there is no smoke.. but you are inhaling chemicals. pure chemicals they have already found that they damage you lungs in a similar way that normal cigs do.

just saying... and yes, I understand.. I smoked for 26 years

StaticFX, no. I read over 1000 pages of research and counting, not one of the findings point towards being as toxic as smoking, actually most say 100 times more healthy. You ingest every ingredient in e liquid daily, other then the specific flavorings and nicotine. I also don't use an inhaler at all anymore, used to go through 200 puffs per month. Also don't cough up scary stuff anymore, so if you can show me documented research, I will eat my words, but I research electronic cigarette paraphernalia daily, actually more then computer stuff these days.

Yeah I'm with you on that. The only thing that has the potential to be harmful is the flavoring agents, but still slim chance. The glycerin in ecig juice is used for almost everything we injest, as well as smoke machines. If it wasn't safe it would have been banned by now.

lol banned by now? there is so much crap that we have in the US that other countries have banned because its bad..look at High fructose corn syrup.. that stuff is terrible.

"Electronic cigarettes, marketed as safer than regular cigarettes, deliver a cocktail of toxic chemicals including carcinogens into the lungs, new studies show. Using e-cigarettes may even make bacterial infections resistant to antibiotics, according to one study."its not just glycerin.there are lots of articles stating both sides but you are wrong in saying its all normal stuff we ingest. There are bad chemicals (carcinogens) in some brands (more than others).. none as bad as a real cig - for sure - but some types are not much better

just saying.. these things are new.. and no one really knows the long term effects. Just quit... After 26 years I did it cold turkey. The first week SUCKED MAJOR ASS... but then each day it got better. 8) lol I know.. ex-smokers are the worst.

Do we have proof or links on either side ? But above all else everything is bad for you. :p

I love my cigars and beer both bad for me but I will never quit what I enjoy :)

I see everything as a trade off, if it does not hurt anyone but me than the real question is, "is this worth the trade off?" And if it makes me feel good than hell yes.

Know one big thing, I believe no one has a right to tell another what they do is wrong if it does not hurt another. I am the hippy in this group of gun runners haha :) keep it all friendly guys :)

yea, really just wanted to talk to some fellow vapers, not get into a pissing contest. It is not the easiest stuff to find (in Canada at least) almost like an underground railroad, not going to start posting links.I would like to just discuss a hobby with my fellow people.

Like anything ecigs can be abused and actually do have a higher chance of OD'ing than regular cig (higher dosages per puff on some of the brands etc etc) Its asinine to think that is a legit reason to banand 50 shades of darwin IF you die doing it...but I personally think its the future of smoking (as predicited in 60-70s sci-fi books by Niven, Asimov, Pournelle and a bunch of others).

The fact is people have been ingesting nic' for 1000s of years. The problem is taxing ecigs is a bitch and brings in a lot less money. THAT is why the nanny state really wants to ban them. You remove the taxs from smokers (who actually DO NOT cost the system more than they put in...as they die long before that point / and or quickly) and el goverment would not have enough money for the pork of the month program! Add in the natural inclination of the nanny state to want to ban anything even potential harmful and you have a recipe for ban by any excuse. :S

As to peeps saying just quit...it aint that easy (and please tone the responses down a bit guys). Personally I fucking WISH ecigs were around when I quit. Instead I had to buy a box of Rome et Juliette selectos #3's and would only allow myself to smoke them. After the 3rd 1bill ciggy I had the will power to completely quit (tears do nothing to enhance their flavour). I dont recommend it. My neighbor, mailman, and bunch of other idiots nearly did not survive my nic fits. :P

anything with flavor options is banned, they are in the process of trying to ban e cigs in ontario right now. The reason I quit smoking is they banned my cigarillos that I enjoyed(prime times). I will have to make my own e liquid soon if Ontario gets it's way.

I use E-cigs (I was quit for quite some time, but I got back into and have wanted to quit so I switched).A few things about the 'studies' out there. They are conducted by 'Big Pharma' whom manufactures OTC and non-OTC smoking cessiation products. This already flags a few things that they study. My Second point of contention is the suppliers for all these studies are off shore (I saw one where Pizner got supplies from Polandinstead of USA...where the test was done). This means that the VG and PG were not USP. And that makes a big difference. In the studies where 'toxic substances' were found it was because the liquid was cartomized beyond the temp that normal e-cigs operate at.I could atomize Peanut Butter and it would be toxic, but you ingest it, and it is fine.

Are they 100% safe? No, even I know that. However they are a risk reduction. A few good Universities in NZ and AU that aren't swayed like big Pharma is in the USA have shown that yes, some small -------> TRACE <----- amounts of items are in existance , it is not the level that every says it is.If it gets people to quit, all the better. Just don't expect Gov'ts that are dipping their pockets into the Pharma world to support something that actually might work just as well.

    • Hello everyone, now I am choosing between several laptops, but maybe you can advise me something better my priorities: mostly just for home, for watching movies and YouTube, for some light games (a couple of times a month), and sometimes for work (mostly google drive, various marketing resources, nothing heavy) around 600 USD 15.6" or more Acer, Asus? Order on Amazon? Windows prefarable 256 SSD or more. • Rest assured that no matter if you choose a mainstream Core i5, a high-end Core i7, or the enthusiast Core i9 that you will be getting a very good to excellent processor. All three offer a lot of performance without all that much upfront cost. It just is those who want to get the best, most optimal, option for their needs should put more time, thought, and effort into their decision. So do your homework. Think about what you actually do with your system. Then come to your own conclusions. Not what anyone, including us, tell you what you should be buying. Just understand the target demographics it was built for and the compromises required to hit its low asking price before you track one down.   Read the full review below:  https://www.realhardwarereviews.com/silicon-power-ud70-2tb-review/
