Finally a new Build log "Armed for LAN"

I loves me some LAN's but hate packing the big rig with me, so I decided to make a RHR themed System(Overly themed as the pictures will show shortly)

First the case: I bought it http://www.princessauto.com/en/detail/50-calibre-metal-ammo-box/A-p3480009e

Feet: .308 Rounds -LPFAN thanks

They will have rubber stoppers in them as well so they dont scuff up the table.

Motherboard: H87i-Plus Thank you GaK_45

GPU: PNY GTX 750ti OC Sponsored by PNY ๐Ÿ˜„

Other items announced shortly

Interesting starting components. Curious to follow the build.

Thanks picking up a drill bit and special cutting blade for this build asap.

There is even going to be a side window and cable management in there ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Power supply is a gold series very small psu pulled out of a itx computer that was used for parts ๐Ÿ™‚

Sorry horrible lighting in the room I took the shots will have better ones when I find where I put the damn side window.

Now we start the build today,

Got the Mini itx Bottom plate,
Got the rivet gun
Got the grinder.

All hardware is ready but the gpu(it's in shipping)
Got the sleeving and psu to start being sleeved shortly.
Got all the watercooling gear as why not watercool ๐Ÿ™‚

Need to find where the side window is hiding though. its somewhere haha

Even got the LED's and the power button ready to go, stuck deciding if it needs front usb and front audio plugsโ€ฆ think it does so I'll hook those up to.

a little more showed up today

Ordered a sfx powersupply that I will mod the living crap out of to make it go from Meh! to Awesome!

PSU showed up today, kinda stuck on what to do to it.

Should I just sleeve it and hide it or should I semi modular it and make it awesome.

It will get paint either way ๐Ÿ™‚

If you have the time and patience I think semi modular could help tidy things upโ€ฆor just remove the cables you won't be using.

Thanks and I was thinking the same, think modular on the sata and molex is the way to go its all getting sleeved either way:)

What PSU is that? I hate seeing the wires run by bare metal as they go out the back.

Using that same motherboard in one of my office computers. Works great.

Painting the PSU the same colour as the ammo case?

Can't wait to see how it turns out.

Too pad you don't have a extra I/o shield for the board as I don't have one ๐Ÿ˜ž

Oh and psu brand not worth mentioning as the psu is fun I am putting a new fan and caps in it ๐Ÿ™‚
