How its made
Get two pork loins, cut a slit down the center of each leaving about 1/4 of a inch from the bottom so it has meat at the bottom still.
Put said meat into a brine for a few hours consisting of the following
1/2 to 1 cup of red wine (matters how much you drank after opening the bottle)(I used 3/4 cup)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 or 3 tablespoons soy sauce (matters how much wine you added :P)
cut up two garlic cloves thinly and throw that shit in there to
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
1/2 teaspoon Powdered Wasabi or Ginger or fuck it even chilli pepper will do
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Then leave that in the fridge for 1-3 hours with the meat in it, I use a freezer bag to do this.
Then after your desired brining time is hit, cook up some stuffing(homemade is the way to go but store bought is ok)
Once thats cooked up jam that down the center like this
You can use Twine to hold it together or toothpicks either or is fine
Then throw them on the BBQ and grab a beer, if you don't get a beer at this point there is no way the loins will cook right…
Cook on indirect heat as in over the 1 burner that is not on this took a hour and a half to cook mine.
After its done you make some other good food and enjoy
