Specs : i5 4690k z97x Gaming 3 R9 390 Sapphire Nitro. S340 White cx750m (yes I know I screwed up the PSU). 8 GB 1866mhz crucial ballistix and an 1 TB HDD and an 500 GB HDD that I could use but don't at the moment. Thanks for checking it out!

Nice rig whats the specs?

PS I fixed your image 🙂

Nice build. When funds permit I strongly recommend putting at least a 240gb ssd for the OS and main apps.

If only I had the funds, well I don't 😞 I had to loan from my dad for the GPU so I don't have anything left like literally :c

Did you not have a 770? Sell it on Kijiji or Craigslist and buy a SSD with that cash 😄

Why 240GB? Wouldn't 120GB be enough. You can get 120GB right now for around $40.

I'm running a 1tb SSD and I find it small haha, but 120gb is not a bad starting point at work I used a 120gb for years

"Have to test out 120Ghz gaming." If it's too much a burden, send a game my way and I'll help you "test" it out. It can be hard but I will take one for the team this time.

"Classified" huh? I think we all know what that means . . . .

Haha by classified I mean exchange, ad and citrix servers also lync  conversations and lots of isos. I wish it was porn that seems less soul crushing then IT work haha

120gb is plenty if you just want a system boost (all your main programs and OS), but I have a 120gb in my desktop and it limits you from really putting games on it…not that its a huge deal, but I would like more space to speed up my favorite games in loading.

Agreed, always a balance between what you need and what you want. As crazy as it sounds, I have never owned an SSD! Still chugging along on my 500GB HDD in my desktop which is no where close to full.

Get one if you can…you won't regret it. I got the 120gb for my desktop and it was such a night and day difference in boot and app open speeds I then got the 240gb for my laptop.

Yeah I know. I don't think I want to upgrade my PC because it's getting old. Rather save up and build a new one.

An ssd is easy enough to move to a new build when it's time to build it.
