My twist for a smoked chicken .
Brine :

  • apple juice
  • white wine
  • collingwood ( canadian whisky )
  • worcestershire sauce
  • liquid smoke

After i inject the chicken with some brine i keep it covered in chicken broth  with some spices .

Looks good can't wait for the finished product, where did you get your injector?

Damn that looks good how did it taste?

It was really good

I have to tweak smoking process , but it was good
