Last night I searched a few meals I was in the mood for and ended up with the following

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with sausage, spinach and cheddar stuffing
Parmesan Scalloped potatoes
Avocado and Bacon pasta salad

all of which turned out great but then I looked at the pages I was finding the recipes from and all 3 of them were healthy choice ones… meal was not half back but then I noticed there was no butter or fats in this meal other then bacon 😞 next time needs more butter haha
